Social Hall Rentals

We understand that planning an event can be a very stressful. We do our very best to ensure that events at our social hall are a pleasant experience for everyone!  

What does our social hall rental include?

• Use of Our 165 Person Capacity Hall
• Customizable Setup of Social Hall
• Rental use of Equipped Kitchen
• Hall monitor to assist you with your needs as long as alcohol is on property. 

Hall Rental Prices:

** Additional Setup/Clean-Up Time will be added to the rental fee if requested to set-up the facility the night before (if available) to setup and receive key. We strive to provide the best rental space experience for your event. Please call us, and ask to speak with our Business Manager, 570-323-3603**

Rental Disclaimers:

• Security Deposit: All security deposits will be returned if there is no damage and the event area is cleaned before rental tenant leaves. Cleaning includes all table tops, floors swept and mopped, restrooms cleaned, kitchen area cleaned if used, and all garbage removed to the dumpster. 
• Benefit / Fundraiser Events are currently no permitted by the company. This includes any event that involves gambling or selling of merchandise and is subject to additional fees and licenses. 

Hall Monitors:

• Monitor event if alcohol is on premise. 
• Assist renters during their event with facility access.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned.
• Document any damage, property concerns, etc.
• Return social hall to meeting room layout.
